Book your green fees in advance!
As the Algarve is often separated into Central Algarve golf including Vilamoura, East Algarve golf and West Algarve golf, it is worth remembering that via the A22 motorway, which runs along the whole length of the Algarve, you will be able to get to most golf courses within 35 minutes. It is only that when you book for example accommodation in Lagos (West Algarve) and wish to play Monte Rei or Quinta da Cima in the East near Tavira, your travelling time will exceed an hour or more. Our golf representatives are based in the Algarve and they will be able to help you put a great green fee package together. Not just based on transfer times but also ensuring you play courses that comply with your green fee budget and play to your handicap.

Often the Algarve golf courses do get really busy and securing a teetime that suits you best is not always possible. Especially if you are organising a group needing several consecutive teetimes. You will pay a little more for each course compared to booking them as a green fee package. However the real savings are achieved by booking your green fees in advance. "The highlight was without doubt the re-designed Palmares. Absolutely stunning views teeing off from above the fairway hitting your ball down towards the sea.
Every hole produced a new view sea, sand and dunes, and they were all exciting to play and test you. The landscape and views could have been transported fromScotland, Ireland or Wales but with warm weather to add to the pleasure. All the tee boxes and greens were immaculate and a fair test for all handicaps.
It was first class can't wait to play it again, I think it will just get better and better.."

"I am writing to thank you for organising our recent trip. Everything went to plan and to schedule and all the party really enjoyed themselves. You might say that the Formosa Park Apartments are a bit remote to reach restaurants and bars except by taxi, but that was more than compensated for by the chance to play San Lorenzo for such a small green fee.
