adjoined to a nature reserve with uninterrupted

views to the Atlantic Ocean. Whilst the resort has

a tranquil setting, it is close to the Vilamoura

Marina with its many bars, restaurants,

clubs and the Casino.

The famous Falésia beach, one of the cleanest stretches of beach in Europe, is a few minutes

drive away. Whilst taking its name from the

adjoining golf course, Laguna Golf Apartments

are walking distance from Victoria and

Millennium golfcourses. The Old Course and

Pinhal make up the full compliment of Vilamoura golfcourses. From these well positioned

apartments you are also a short drive away

from Vila Sol and the top class Almancil courses.

On offer are a range of fantastic 4* one, two

and three bedroom apartments.

The one and two bedroom apartments do have space

for one extra person by using a sofa bed at no

extra charge !.

Three bedroom attached villas all with large

terraces and many with their own Jacuzzi are

also available. All Laguna golf apartments are

airconditioned and fully fitted and furnished

to a very high standard.

Terms and conditions of LagunaGolf Apartments

VILLAS & APARTMENTS Regulations:

Reception Working Hours: Reception is open from 09:00am to 09:00 pm.

Check-In / Out: Check-In is at 3:00 pm on your reservation start date. Check-out time is 11:00 am on your reservation end date. This allows time to properly clean the property. Late Check-out and Early Check-in is subject to availability.

Accounts: To facilitate your Check-out, we would appreciate any outstanding payments be made the day before.

Note: Villa guest, we would ask to return the Jacuzzi KEY when Checking-out

Occupants: Strictly limit occupants to those listed on the booking form. The maximum number of occupants is restricted to the property size unless special permission is granted by the Resort; no pets allowed; admission will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met.

Telephone: Dial “ 8 “ for an outside line. There is a 0,30 € cent cost per impulse which will be charged to your account. The number of your Extension is on the phone. All incoming phone calls during Reception hours will be transferred through Reception. From 09:00 pm to 09:00 am, the calls will come directly to your property.

Gater Intercom: Reception will open the gate for visitors during working hours. After that visitors will buzz directly to your property.

Maid Service: Maid Service is self-catering style. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Maids will arrive between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Maids will generally tidy the property. Maids will not wash dishes or take out the garbage.

Supplies: Provide own groceries and household goods, eg. Soaps, shampoo, detergents, toilet paper, etc., as this accommodation is booked on a self-catering basis.

Lightning: Please assure that all the lights are off when you exit, especially the Balcony lighting.

Smoking: No smoking inside your property; please restrict smoking to the balconies. Damage from cigarette burns will be charged at full replacement cost to the RENTER.

Cooking: Please use the smoke extractor and do not smoke in the properties as the alarm may go off .

TOWELS & Beach Towels: Bring your own beach towels with you as they are not provided. We would request that you do not hang your towels over the swimming pool balconies in order to respect the harmony of the surrounding area for all.

Suntan Oils & Creams: Take care not so sit on property furniture and bedding when using theses products; we appreciated your cooperation to maintain the high standard of the property for you next visit.

Noise Levels: Respect that the properties are located in family-orientated locations, offering privacy and tranquillity. Therefore no loud partying is allowed, to respect the other guests. The Renter’s stay may be terminated if this condition is not met

Air Conditioning: For general safety and environmental reasons, please make sure that the Air Conditioning is off when you exit your property.

Rubbish: Please take any rubbish out with you when going out for the day (as we are in a hot climate items can start to smell more quickly). The refuse bin is located just outside the main gates.

Going Out: When going out please ensure that you door is firmly closed and double locked (DO NOT LEAVE KEY ON INSIDE OF DOOR), also ensure that the terrace doors are also closed. There is an extra charge for replacement keys.

Departure: Upon your departure please also make sure that all rubbish, empty bottles etc are removed from the property, and that the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator are emptied.

Please leave the premises as you would like to find them, respect the facilities and the privacy of other guests.

Parents or Guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children

Children under 5 should not use the Jacuzzi (heat and chemicals can cause skin irritations).

Pool: In the summer enjoy free use of the pool; No glass or sharp objects are allowed at the pool area.

Pool Supervision: The swimming pool is not supervised. The rules of usage are to be adhered to at all times. The pool is closed from 20:00 pm until 08:00 am.

The health club is never supervised. The rules of usage are to be adhered to at all times. Use of the equipment is your own responsibility. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
